  O filme "84 Charing Cross Road" recebeu o título em português, na versão brasileira,  de "Nunca te Vi, Sempre te Amei".  A escolha de "Nunca te vi, Sempre te amei" talvez tenha sido por apelo publicitário, para instigar curiosidade sobre a estória. Mas, talvez, esse mérito também seja da língua portuguesa, privilegiada pela extensão de vocabulários, muitos deles propícios à poesia e ao romantismo. E quem costuma estereotipar o Amor apenas como paixão entre duas pessoas, e desconhece a estória, pode equivocadamente pensar que se trata de um romance. É a estória de puro afeto que acontece em um tempo desprovido das facilidades atuais da internet e redes sociais.   I met a special lady who enjoyed dressing up herself with the polka dots (les petits pois). I suppose they were my gramma's favorite motif stamp, besides the floral. They fit very well into her style. People are used to connect 'les petits pois' to the 1950's, but a record dated as of 1858 was already found out at the Fashion History Timeline.  Fashion historians say that the entry of polka dots into the masculine clothing was since the 1920's. A dark blue marine tie with small white or red dots is often a basic and elegant option.   'Sir' Cecil Beaton was born in England in 1904. He got his first camera when he was a boy aged 11, and started to photograph for VOGUE magazine in 1920. He photographed for different purposes, the fashion, the portraits and the journalism on war. He photographed the Movie stars, the Royals, the Aristocracy. His great and plural aesthetic sense also led him to the Movies Costume Design, and he was in charge for the stunning costumes of the musical "My Fair Lady" (1964), for example.  The result of his work on Marilyn Monroe was actually natural. The capture of her bright eyes and the idea of adding a bird and a daisy at a simple scenery let the picture unique.

fantasia de Carnaval 'Pierrot Punk' "Manhã de Carnaval" é um belo clássico da Bossa Nova, do compositor brasileiro Luiz Bonfá. The iconic screen actress of the 1920s and 30s was a lover of the Fine Arts and the Design. She was even an expert on Painting and owned a relevant artcollection. Garbo was passionate about colors, despite of a sort of melancholic profile that she seemed to have. Close friends of her also told to the Architectural Digest Magazine (AD) that she had a natural taste and never followed fashions, she created her Design, agreed to her inner aesthetic. The pictures of her New York city home, where she lived till death, were issued by AD and show us also her love for Renoir painting, there are at least two works by Renoir displayed in her living room.  

William Shakespeare started to write the play ''Hamlet' in 1600, and the story of tragedy and plot to seize power is set in the Denmark Kingdon, where Hamlet is a Prince who wishes to avenge the death of his father who was murdered by his brother Claudius with the purpose to become the King, and then marry to Gertrude, Hamlet's mother. Claudio's chief counselor, Polonius, father of Ophelia, the woman with whom Hamlet promised to marry, is despised by Hamlet and is seen as a big fool at the court. Nevertheless, Shakespeare surprises the readers when reveals a hidden wise side of Polonius, when he put the following words into the mouth of Polonius to advise his son Laerte who is heading off to France. Costumam classificar "O Pequeno Príncipe" (Le Petit Prince) como literatura infantil, mas desconfio que o propósito do autor foi endereçado principalmente aos que não são mais crianças. Falam dessa estória como se parecesse simples, mas para mim não é. Tem filosofia e poesia neste texto. O texto pueril foi costurado sutilmente com simbologias e metáforas para falar das emoções e atitudes humanas.  O autor é sujeito de sua própria ficção. Parece que ele faz uso do diálogo em que contrasta o "eu criança", o personagem do Príncipe, com o "eu adulto", personagem do Piloto, para dar voz à cartase de emoções já experimentadas ou escondidas por ele. O que me faz supor essa retórica é a fala do autor, enquanto Piloto e narrador, sobre ele ter deixado que a opinião dos adultos tenha influenciado a sua escolha de ser um piloto de avião, ainda que sua aptidão era a Pintura.   O autor não usa retórica de crítica explícita, mas encontrou uma forma suave e altruísta de
